POOL PROCEDURES

The pool closes promptly as indicated in the “Hours of Operation.”    The lifeguards will blow the whistle 15 minutes prior to closing, to give swimmers time to dry off and dress.  Members must leave the pool area promptly at closing.  All children must be picked up from the property promptly at closing.

Parents who leave their children at the pool should be aware of the possibility of an early closing due to weather conditions, mechanical malfunctions or health and/or safety reasons.  No matter the circumstances, pool employees will never leave a child on the pool property unsupervised.

Members must not leave children before the pool is officially open because they will NOT have any supervision.

The pool will NOT open if weather conditions do not permit.  These conditions include, but are not limited to, thunder, lightening, heavy rain, or air temperature below 65º.  Call 270-9885 for recorded closing information or visit our website @ www.tcrclub.com.

There is to be NO TRESPASSING after pool hours or court hours.  Due to vandalism problems, the Club has notified the police that it will prosecute any violator caught destroying property.

In order to reserve the picnic pavilion or other pool facility, see a manager for availability and fee structure, if applicable.

FRONT GATE PROCEDURES

Members will give their last name and the first name of all accompanying family members to the gatekeeper who will record the data.

The gatekeeper will register any guest.

Any member who knowingly allows a non-member to gain access without paying a guest fee to Three Chopt’s facilities will be subject to FULL FAMILY SUSPENSION for the first offense and loss of family membership for any subsequent offense.
