​Thank you for your interest in working at Three Chopt Recreation Club!
We employ Seasonal Gate & Concession Workers, Lifeguards, "Swing Guards", Swim Instructors, Yard Workers, and Managers. Swing Guards work in Gate & Concessions throughout the first part of the summer, and then work as Lifeguards in August when our college guards go back to school. Swing Guards typically just finished their Freshman or Sophomore year in High School.

Applications are accepted year-round, but this is our typical hiring schedule:  

• Late February - All applications for returning employees and potential employees are due to the General Manager
• Early March - All applicants are notified regarding employment and New Hires are given an electronic packet containing required paperwork to be filled out
• Mid-April - All paperwork is turned in and work permits are secured for those that are required​
