How to Register for 2024
(Registration is now open for 2024)
Families will need to register annually through the Membership Portal. If you were an active member in 2023, your membership will expire on December 31, 2023. Starting January 1, 2024 you will be charged the non-member rate for services until you pay your annual dues. Once registered, your membership will be active through December 31, 2024.

- Click here to go to TCRC Membership Portal and login.
- If you forget your log-in or password, use the links on the log-in page to reset it.
- Once you are logged in, click "View profile" in the upper right corner to confirm your account information is up to date. Then, add or edit the family members living at your residence into your family profile.(If you need to remove a family member from your profile, you will need to email [email protected])
- 2024 Registration & Dues. Click on Memberships, then under "Returning Members" select the membership which represents the number of members in your family. Don't worry about the initiation fee or the assessment fee listed. Once the system validates that you have already paid initiation and assessment, that will disappear.
- Checkout to pay your annual dues. You can also purchase guest passes at this time. You may pay via credit card or mail your check after the registration process is completed.
- Please note: Family memberships are designed for children living at home, under the age of 25. Children over the age of 25 should register for their own memberships. Families larger than 6 will need to show address validation.

If you have not registered and paid dues by May 31, 2024, you will be charged a $50 late fee.

Payment Plan
Payment plans are available through the portal (credit card fees apply). The only requirement to enroll in the payment plan is to pay by credit card. If you are paying by check you must pay in full.

Guest Passes
Members have the option to purchase guest passes along with their membership. The rates are:
HOLIDAY GUEST PASSES
We have a new guest pass policy on holidays starting in 2023. Holidays are the busiest days at the club and we want to ensure all of our members have the opportunity to enjoy swimming and lounging by the pool. For this reason we are adjusting the guest pass policy and fee schedule:
- $6 per guest pass if purchased while registering for your membership
- $60 for a 10 pack when purchased through the portal
- $7 for a guest when purchased at the front gate
HOLIDAY GUEST PASSES

- Holidays include: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day
- Maximum # of Guests Per Family: 2 guests
- Holiday Guest Fee: 2 guest passes per guest or $14 per guest
Childcare Providers
Members have the option to add up to 2 childcare providers to their account. Childcare providers can use the pool with a child member, but cannot come on their own. Typically used for babysitters, grandparents, divorced parents. The annual fee is $80 per childcare provider.

Hiatus Memberships
A hiatus member is a member that decides not to activate their membership for this year, but wants to hold their membership because they plan to return as an active member next year. Hiatus members are not able to access the facilities. A member can take a hiatus for a maximum of 2 years, after which they must repay the initiation fee.

Community Members

Community Members are welcome to sign up for swim and tennis lessons, clinics and social events at the non-member rate. To request a community member account on our portal, please fill out the portal access form. It may take 24-72 hours for your account to be created.
