DO i have to register in advance? can i walk-in?
If you choose not to sign up in advance, you can walk-in. However, there is no guarantee that spots will be available when you arrive. Classes are occasionally cancelled and times change. If you don't sign up in advance, we can't share this updated information with you.
can my friend play even though she's not a member?
TCRC Members are encouraged to invite their friends to participate in our tennis programs, leagues and social play. Non-members must be invited by a current member and will need to purchase a sheet of guest passes to use each time they play. Sign-in at the front desk and drop off your guest pass before proceeding to the tennis courts.
i registered for class, but now i can't make it. will i be charged a cancellation fee?
Guests are required to give 24-hours notice if they can no longer attend a clinic and need to schedule a make up.. Giving less than 24-hours notice is considered a no show and will be charged.
what if there is inclement weather?
If class is cancelled, those who have registered will receive an email and/or text notification. If you have not received a notification, assume that class is on schedule.
which class should i sign up for?
At the beginning of each season, we hold free evaluations to determine the appropriate level of enrollment. Come to our annual Spring Fling or one of our monthly evaluation sessions throughout the season. For children, choose a class based on their age.
