Since 1957, Three Chopt Recreation Club has provided a private seasonal escape for individuals and families in the Richmond, Virginia area. Conveniently located in the heart of Henrico, our spacious facility includes three large pools, diving boards, water slides, a gated kiddie pool, picnic pavilions, tennis courts, and volleyball courts.
Members enjoy relaxing summer days with friends at the pool, taking tennis lessons, watching their children compete on our swim & dive teams, and our social activities for all ages!

Pool Hours
The pools open for the season on the first Saturday after May 15th. This is usually two weeks earlier than most other pools in the area.

Tennis Courts
Members have access to 6 tennis courts, 4 Premier surface courts and 2 hard courts, and programs for all ages and skill levels. Our Premier court surfaces offer a cushioned feel for reduced impact on players’ feet, back and joints. Our courts 5-6 were resurfaced in Summer of 2024 to support the competitive tennis player as well as those just joining the game.
Court 1–4 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. (light key required) Court 5–8 8 a.m. to Dusk (no lights) Members can reserve tennis courts in 60 minute intervals. Sign in to the membership portal to make a reservation. Please check the calendar for the latest event information. We do occasionally close the courts for club events. |
