Rental Requests
If you would like to reserve one of our Sun Shelters or Pavilions for your next birthday party or gathering, please complete the Reservation Request Form using the link below. Sun Shelter reservations include premium reserved deck space with shade, two picnic tables and seating. For larger gatherings, our large Goshorn Pavilion can fit 100+ people and offers grill rental for an additional charge.

*$7 guest fees apply if the guests will be accessing club facilities including: pools, tennis courts, volleyball court, basketball court, etc.
** Off Season for pavilion rentals are when pool is not opened. Sun shelters can be rented at a discount on weekdays in August.
For party reservations: There is a maximum number of non-member "swimmers"* allowed during parties. See chart below. There is no limit on the number of non-members allowed on the pool deck; however, every guest (swimmer or not) on the pool deck area must purchase a $7 guest pass.
*Swimmers include anyone getting in any of our three pools, including the baby pool.

- If reservation request is less than 7 days out, please call the club at 804-270-9885 and ask to speak to manager
- No reservations will be allowed on July 4th
