-Cutoff for ticket sales is 12:30pm on July 4.
-Alternative date for drawing is Saturday July 5 at 1:30pm.
-A max of 1,000 tickets will be sold.
-All Three Chopt staff and board members are eligible.
-Prizes are transferrable.
-Winners need not be present at the drawing to win.
-Must be 18 and over to win

The Grand Prize Winner will be contacted by the President of Three Chopt Recreation Club ("TCRC") to arrange their TCRC Family Membership for up to 4 persons for the 2026 season. If the family is new to TCRC, the 2026 new family initiation fee will have to paid prior to receiving their family membership. This prize is transferrable. The Second Place Winner will receive a coupon booklet from Marco’s Pizza with 52 coupons, each good for one large 1- topping pizza each week for 1 year. The sixth place winner will receive a certificate good for professional cleaning of your kitchen and all bathrooms in your house. The cleaning must be arranged at least 2 weeks in advance and expires on 10/31/25. All other winners will receive the prizes listed above.
Tickets can be purchased online through our website thru 12:30PM on Thursday, July 4, 2025. Tickets will be sold in person at TCRC on Thursday, July 4, 2025 until approximately 1:15PM.
Must be 18 years or older to purchase a ticket and there is no limit on the number of tickets a person can purchase.
Tickets sold online will be acknowledged via email and will include your ticket number(s).
Employees, Board Members, Members of TCRC and non-Members of TCRC are all eligible to win. Winners must prove eligibility and identity.
Any and all taxes will be the sole responsibility of the winner. The Grand Prize Winner must furnish TCRC with a statement on IRS Form 5754 and TCRC will file Form W-2G with the IRS.
Drawing will be held on Thursday, July 4, 2025 at 1:30PM at TCRC at 2100 Skipwith Road, Henrico, VA 23294. Winner need not be present to win. Winners will be notified via phone or email if not in attendance. If TCRC is closed on July 4 due to weather, the drawing will take place at TCRC on Saturday, July 5 at 1:30PM. Winners will have until July 31, 2025 to claim their prizes. If not claimed by this date, the prize will be considered forfeited and an alternate winner will be chosen at random from the remaining tickets by TCRC’s President with at least two other TCRC Board Members present.
By entering, all winners consent to the promotional use of their name and picture without additional compensation.
Chances of winning depend on the total number of tickets purchased, not to exceed 1 in 1,000.
This raffle is void where prohibited by law.
TCRC will oversee the selling of all raffle tickets and assignment of all raffle ticket numbers.
On account of total raffle proceeds being under $40,000, a Virginia Charitable Gaming Permit is not required for this raffle.
All net proceeds from this raffle will benefit TCRC, a not-for-profit 501(c) 7 tax-exempt organization whose mission is to provide families and individuals a safe place to learn how to swim, dive and play tennis and a venue to interact with friends and neighbors.
